As you all know, i will be attending my sister's wedding which is February next year and i will be her bridesmaid (means i'm the 2nd prettiest after her on that day). I've got plans laid out for the big day, and i have a mission to complete within the duration of... lets put it... 3 months, which is to loose 5kgs of my current weight.
It's not easy so motivation and support is vital to me. Tips says that making my diet public will help so this post is a promise to myself that i will try hard to loose as much weight as possible in 3 months, although it's ideal to loose 5kgs but i'm still trying my best.
In order to achieve my ultimate goal, i have a list of things to do:
1.) Decrease the amount of food intake eg 3/4 of rice
2.) Stop eating when i'm 70% full
3.) 50 sit ups a day
4.) 60 minutes of physical exercise for 5 days a week (as recommended but discount can be given)
5.) NO NO to snacks
6.) No eating besides 3 meals... NO SUPPER!! No second helpings
7.) Control my power of appetite
Following the directions above, i should be able to succeed in 3 months. Warning to my friends: DO NOT TEMPT ME WITH FOOD esp high calories food, you know who you are, don't worry i won't reveal you... JOANNA!! If i fail to succeed, then you will be the cause of it, i don't care.. HMMP!!
Izzy and Colby, Murphy can't wait to see you in less than 4 months, be ready with the tuxedos as bears are gonna rock you party!!
