What happen was i was walking down the stairs of block 8 and when i almost reach the ground floor (just a few steps away) the was a puddle of water on the steps. This is thanks to some brilliant individual who hang their clothes to dry along the ropes above the stairs without squeezing it dry first.
Plus my super gripless slipper, i fell superbly and hit my butt on the sharp edge of the steps. My left butt hurts now. So does my elbow and ankle which are bruised.
I stood up slowly after the fall and i saw some people hanging out at the opposite block who saw me but they just ignored me. Good for them! I was struggling in pain and a little teary. Couldnt walk instantly, i held on to the door for support while i was bending 90 degrees due to the pain.
Yee Sim heard some 'funny' sound from her room so she came out and found me half crouching behind the door. She said it was loud. When the pain subsided, i limped back to my dorm. Thanks Yee Sim, ur concern does ease a little of pain.
I wonder why a small little bruise can hurt so badly.. aiks!
